Hebridean Hand Picked Crab Claw Meat - Various Sizes

Pure hand picked crab claw meat is very labour intensive and is not to be confused with white crab meat which can also come from other parts of the crab and is inferior. Also mechanical means of meat extraction causes meat to be inferior and is cheaper as water is used in the process.

• Prepared from wild brown crabs caught off the Hebridean coast by the local boats.
• This crab claw meat is carefully picked by hand from the claws of good quality brown crabs.
• Eat cold or gently reheat before serving.
   

This product has a 7 day shelf life in chill.
