How long would it take for my order to arrive? 

We dispatch our parcels using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm service. However occasionally it can take two days. We will include sufficient icepacks to keep the product chilled and fit for use.

Please note - last orders for next day shipping must be in by 8am the day before.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

If order does not arrive by 5pm on the following day of your preferred delivery date, contact us by phone on 01870603284 or voicemail.

Can I get a delivery any day of the week?

We can post for next day delivery Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We will not post Friday or Saturday as this risks  non delivery within the required time scale to ensure quality.

What can affect my preferred dispatch date?

As we are an island location and our post deliveries are by air we can occasionally be affected by fog or seriously bad weather causing airplane cancelations.

Can I freeze my products?

The icepacks should keep the product at a sufficiently cool temperature to allow you to re freeze on arrival.

How can I add a special message to my order?

When you check out, there is an option to put a message into the box for us to read.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns as the products are perishable seafood with a limited shelf life.
