Serrated Wrack (Fucus serratus) is a robust brown seaweed recognised by its beautifully jagged, saw-toothed edges. Growing along the clean tidal shores of the Ireland, this seaweed is hand-harvested at low tide and gently dried to preserve its natural flavour, colour, and nutrient content.
